1. Objective

The purpose of this agreement is to fully implement Scientific Community Wealth (SCW) in Ecuador by leveraging China’s and India’s technological, industrial, and financial expertise. The agreement establishes Ecuador as a high-tech hub, integrating AI, robotics, aerospace, finance, and advanced manufacturing while ensuring a reciprocal trade and investment framework.

2. Scope & Key Pillars of Collaboration

China and India commit to assisting Ecuador in six core SCW implementation areas:

Pillar 1: AI-Integrated Stock Market & Multi-Currency Exchange

• Establish Ecuador’s first AI-managed stock market capable of automatic forex swaps.

• Multi-currency integration includes: US Dollar, Yuan, Euro, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the new Ecuadorian digital coin.

• AI algorithms provide real-time trade execution, risk management, and cross-currency arbitrage.

• Enables Ecuadorian citizens to participate in SCW-backed investment systems, sharing in industrial and technological profits.

Pillar 2: AI Chip Manufacturing

• Joint development and production of Enkira, Aeona, Aurora AI chips.

• Chips will power AI robots, drones, research vessels, and modular AI vehicles.

• Establish manufacturing facilities in Ecuador with technology transfer agreements and IP protection.

Pillar 3: Next-Generation Smart Devices

• Design and manufacture Enkigenics smartphones with advanced streaming and AI capabilities.

• Phones serve as nodes in the SCW data ecosystem, connecting AI platforms, drones, and industrial IoT.

• China and India provide production lines, components, and co-development support.

Pillar 4: AI Data Mining Centers & Akashic System

• Build Ecuador’s most advanced AI data centers, supporting:

  • Robotics manufacturing

  • Akashic record system integration for knowledge management

• Centers serve as hubs for SCW research, AI simulations, and real-time national industrial management.

• China will purchase production quotas equal in value to trade agreements (dollar-for-dollar principle). This includes:
